LawHelp/NY (www.lawhelp.org/NY) was developed through the collaborative effort of Legal Services for New York City, Pro Bono.Net, The Association of the Bar of the City of New York Fund, Inc, The Legal Aid Society of New York and Volunteers of Legal Service. The purpose of the website is to assist low-income New Yorkers by connecting them to legal help, information and legal education materials in a wide range of areas of civil law. The site contains an extensive but easy to use referral system to community legal service programs in New York City, and provides online access to community legal education and pro se materials.
