In April 2001, Legal Services Corporation brought together representatives of the legal services community to discuss topics relating to "creating client centered communities of justice." Participants were selected to reflect a broad range of diversity. The conference was designed to be an open discussion about the challenges of functioning as a "client centered" legal services system. Conference participants identified ways in which clients and client groups can work in partnership with each other.
Models for client centered legal services were presented through conference papers. The following papers are attached for review.
