Under the leadership of the Director of Communications, Legal Services of New York (LSNY) instituted a bi-monthly "Available Pro Bono Cases" email memo which is sent to pro bono coordinators at major law firms and to volunteer attorneys throughout New York City. This has resulted in a significant increase in the number of cases LSNY offices have placed with pro bono attorneys. LSNY has also been meeting personally with pro bono coordinators across the city to introduce them to LSNY, its offices, and pro bono opportunities.
