Legal Services of Eastern Missouri (LSEM) published their sixteenth edition of the Senior Citizens Handbook. The Handbook concentrates on laws and programs affecting senior citizens of Missouri.  The Missouri Bar and The Missouri Bar Foundation provided major funding for this project.  The Handbook has the following sections:

1. Financial assistance
2. Health care
3. Housing
4. Consumer information
5. Personal planning/protection
6. Reference and referral programs

The sections contain easy-to-read articles describing different services available to senior citizens in Missouri, instructions on how to go about receiving services from programs, and what to do in case of denial.
