A new website, www.ohiodvresources.org has been launched by the Ohio State Legal Services Association. The website provides court forms and information to domestic violence victims, shelter workers, victim advocates, and attorneys. The Ohio Domestic Violence Resource Center will help victims in the preparation of court forms to be made accessible through computer workstations at three participating domestic violence shelters serving nine counties. The court forms system is intended to allow users to prepare complete and accurate domestic violence and stalking civil protection orders online, which then can be filed with the court. The Ohio Domestic Violence Resource Center web site also has extensive legal resources and links to state and national domestic violence organizations, and rosters of domestic violence shelters, legal aid offices, pro bono clinics, prosecuting attorneys, and other service providers.
