Legal Services of North Louisiana (LSNL) developed a Board of Directors Orientation Manual for its new board members. LSNL realizes that new board members may not possess the basic knowledge of the purpose and history of LSNL and the Legal Services Corporation (LSC). The Board Manual was developed to strengthen knowledge on LSNL and LSC along with general understanding of board responsibilities and the ability to understand and interpret LSNL'S financial statements.
