Pine Tree Legal Assistance (PTLA) developed an "Orientation and Procedures Manual" to inform staff of PTLA's policies, forms, and protocols. This online manual is broken down into four sections: Basic Tools of Advocacy, Selected Legal Services Regulations and Policies, Terms and Conditions of Employment, and the Fiscal Manual. The Basic Tools of Advocacy section provides visitors with important program documents such as PTLA's Priority Plan, Standards of Practice, and Policy for Clients with Limited English Proficiency (LEP). This section also includes frequently used forms such as the Client Retainer Form in both English and Spanish. The Selected Legal Services Regulations and Policies section includes program policies with links to LSC regulations when applicable. The Terms and Conditions of Employment section provides information to employees on personnel issues and other expectations and requirements of working at PTLA.
