Inland Counties Legal Services (ICLS) implemented a loan repayment assistance program to recruit and retain attorneys with outstanding law school loans. To be eligible, the applicant must be a licensed California attorney who has been employed by ICLS for at least ninety days. Participating attorneys are eligible to receive up to $2000 per year paid in four, $500 quarterly installments. LRAP assistance is considered income for tax purposes. Participating attorneys are required to provide ICLS with documentation of their loan payments.
