The Montana Legal Services Association (MLSA) published a Prime (Clients for Windows) Intake Program manual and Prime Portal How-To information sheet to provide staff members with guidance on how to access and work with the Prime case management system. The Prime Intake Program manual offers MLSA staff members a step-by-step approach to working with the Prime case management system as it relates to conducting a client intake and how to execute common functions required by intake staff. This includes guiding users through such issues as how to use Prime for eligibility testing, conflict checking, pro bono referrals, printing reports, navigating the search screens, and more.
