In March 2001, Legal Services Corporation (LSC) and the National Legal Aid and Defender Association (NLADA) launched a year long initiative on diversity in the legal services community. The resulting reports captured a range of ideas and concerns about diversity. The information contained in these reports in the basis for this "Action Agenda," concrete steps and goals that LSC will undertake to build an inclusive and responsive state justice community.
