This article examines how we can sustain the change that connects us-to live and treat each other with dignity and respect. It provides a look at how positive social interaction aids in the creation of a community without barriers of race, culture, ethnicity, class, able-ness, religion, background or perspective.

It is written by the creator of a unique transformational learning process called Healing the Heart of Diversity®, which helps organizations achieve sustainable social change.
