David Wayne: spoken in the past at American and Canadian Bar Association conferences; Linda Vogelsong worked for the offices of two Arizona governors in the area of drug policy so regularly met with people in the justice system.

Brief paragraph regarding other consulting experience:

Dr. Wayne has worked for over 25 years as an internal and external consultant to organizations ranging from small non-profits to Fortune 500 companies. Focusing on combining effective participatory planning efforts with capacity building, he has won national and state awards for innovation and is author of books on leadership and special education,. David chooses to work with clients who have a strong social advocacy base grounded by active involvement of key stakeholders. He also teaches part-time at Arizona State University.

Linda Vogelsong has worked in community and organization development for over twenty-five years, both as an internal and external consultant. She is recognized as a mentor trainer in skilled facilitation by the Institute of Cultural Affairs, works as a trainer/consultant with the Drucker Foundation and Arizona State University's Center for Non-Profit Leadership and is a trained expert in Appreciative Inquiry. She has done consulting and planning with groups ranging from low-income housing in Colorado to the Arizona Department of Education's Adult Education program to Drug policy for two Arizona governors. Like her partner, she has an interest in work based in grassroots development of planning and skills.

RATE/FEE INFORMATION

The Co-Principals of TAPESTRIES receive $2,000 per consultant per contact day (includes all pre and post work) plus expenses. In working for government and non-profit agencies this is discounted based on the type of contract. As a preferred provider under the federal government's MOBIS contract, as an affiliate of the Institute of Cultural Affairs.
