I served on the Board of the Colorado Lawyer Trust Account Foundation and, as an associate member of the Colorado Bar Association, I was chair of the Availability of Legal Services Committee. I have consulted for the Law and Water Fund, the Sierra
Club Legal Defense Fund and Continuing Legal Education in Colorado. I have been a speaker for the Minnesota State Bar, the Colorado Judicial Department and local bar associations in Jefferson, Boulder and Denver.
