As senior counsel to the Project for the Future of Equal Justice at CLASP, I advised numerous legal services providers (both LSC and non-LSC) and state justice communities on state justice planning, technology-related issues, and evaluation/outcome measurement issues, and I developed and taught numerous trainings and workshops on technology and evaluation-related issues for the NLADA/ABA Equal Justice Conference, all of the NLADA civil legal services conferences, MIE, Legal Aid of Ontario, and others . In addition, I've served as a resource for the District of Columbia's efforts to create a robust local justice community.
