I have worked with OPP on program and state justice community issues. This includes program evaluation and state justice community evaluation visits. I also worked on an outcomes measurement project, examining the current state of outcomes measurement in legal services and other disciplines and potential ways that legal services programs can measure outcomes and use that information to improve services to clients.

If applicable, please write a brief paragraph about your history as a consultant for other organizations involved in the delivery of civil legal assistance, including local, state, and national organizations (NLADA, ABA, MIE):

In 2003 I completed a TIG funded project for Legal Aid of East Tennessee which resulted in a report on case management systems, published at www.lstech.org.

Director of Programs and Organizational Development; Director of the Indiana Justice Center; senior staff attorney at Indiana Legal Services. 1993-2003.
